Purpose
The X multiblock enables the efficient and low-cost installation of softeners or limescale protection systems, eliminating the need to fit the usually essential bypass pipe with the attendant stagnant water and appropriate fittings. Note: This is a maintenance shut-off while supervised servicing, inspection or other work is carried out, and does not involve the permanent shuttingoff of a valve.
Function
The water inlet to the softening or limescale protection system can be interrupted with the brass X multiblock. In this case, the water supply is maintained by the integrated bypass (see fig. 4) so that maintenance work, for example, can be carried out.

The Multiblock X is a brass connection and shut-off valve with integrated bypass. With the Multiblock X, water treatment plants can be connected with armoured hoses or corrugated pipe hoses to save time and money. It is maintenance-free and replaces the installation of a bypass line. With the Multiblock X, the water supply to the water treatment plant can be interrupted. The water supply is maintained by the integrated bypass. In addition, EPP insulation is available for Multiblock X to prevent condensation.

The metal materials used in the product are listed in the „List of hygienic suitable metal materials of the Federal Environment Agency“ The composition of all used metal materials can be proved by inspection certificates or acceptance test certificates according to DIN EN 10204.
