For use with filter head 12533 or 12580 (not for BWT GROHE, BWT BLANCO or BWT w+m filter heads)
Your drinking water is refined through five filtration levels into Magnesium Mineralized Water:
- Primary filtration filters particles, e.g. sand or rust.
- Active carbon pre-filtration reduces substances of bad taste and odour.
- Ion exchanger: decarbonization and mineralisation with magnesium.
- Activated-carbon filtration reduces chlorine and other impurities that cause unpleasant smell and taste.
- Ultrafiltration technology retains bacteria and removes even the tiniest particles, such as microplastics.

This versatile cartridge has been specially developed for regions with soft water ≤ 5 °dH or for use after a domestic water softening system.

The built-in ultrafiltration membrane eliminates 99.999 % of bacteria and minimizes microplastics up to 1 μm, ensuring maximum hygienic safety.
