AQA therm HWG (heating water group)
With the AQA therm HWG you can easily refill your heating system with water that has been treated in accordance with standards at any time. Depending on the heating volume and the water composition, it can also be used for filling purposes.

The AQA therm HWG consists of the components AQA therm HFB (heating filling block), AQA therm HES (heating station) and the disposable cartridge AQA therm SRC (salt-reducing cartridge).
An AQA therm HRC (hardness-reducing cartridge) can also be screwed onto the AQA therm HES (softening).

Only with this protection can the heating installation be connected permanently – and thus cleanly, neatly and hygienically – to the domestic water installation.

AQA therm SRC
The AQA therm SRC reduces the salt content in the filling and supplementary water, thereby reducing both limescale-forming and corrosion-causing water components. AQA therm SRC is available in two sizes:
- SRC-L : Capacity approx. 240 liters at 20° dH, max. flow rate: 5l/min
- SRC-XL : Capacity approx. 480 liters at 20° dH, max. flow rate: 15l/min
AQA therm HRC
The AQA therm HRC (hardness-reducing cartridge, not for use with aluminum!) can be used optionally. Only lime-forming water components are reduced. The addition of inhibitors is necessary to prevent corrosion. AQA therm HRC is available in the following sizes:
- HRC small: Capacity 3 m³ x °dH (for refilling), max. flow rate: 3l/min
- HRC large: Capacity 14 m³ x °dH (for filling and refilling), max. flow rate: 5l/min
The AQA therm cartridges are produced in the Mondsee plant in accordance with the strict HACCP guidelines.
